We 'Welcome' Chef Ken to our personal staff this year! Chef Ken will taylor your menu and prepare your meals to your dietary, nutritional, and caloric specifications making each and every meal the best you have ever tasted. Chef Ken profiles your needs and then accomplishes the preparation and service of your meals in the privacy of our homes. He also enjoys entertaining our guests with private cooking lessons--this would be a great treat for your family! 

Biography

Most recently, Chef Ken was the Executive Chef of Sacramento's widely popular Christophe's French Restaurant, named "Best French Restaurant" by Sacramento Magazine 2000, and ranked #4 of all restaurants in Sacramento by Mike Dunne, Sacramento Bee Restaurant Critic. Previously, he was a pastry instructor at a local college and spent a year on the U.S. Baking Team. Chef Ken has double degrees from the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in both Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry, and apprenticed for many years under Christian Bertrand, Master Chef of Manhattan's famed 'Lutece.'

We are honored to have Chef Ken part of our Staff. For we want to give you the best and most memorable experience, may it be for family vacation, reunion, anniversary celebrations to corporate conferences.
