Below is an example of our Simple
Rules & Regulations Contract that will be sent to you upon booking one of our Properties:
1. No Smoking in our Home. Please step outside & dispose of cigarettes properly(Do not throw on grounds)
2. No Pets Allowed--In or On Premises.
3. Do Not Remove any of the home’s personal property for use outside or for personal use. Ie..towels, blankets, pillows, furniture etc.
4. Do Not Move Furniture from inside to outside and vice versa
5. If propane empties you can get exchange at Walmart and other grocery, gas stations close by.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LEFT OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS--DOUBLE CHECK ALL ROOMS/CLOSETS PRIOR TO DEPART
6. Do all your dishes--place all laundry close to laundry rooms
7.Place all trash in dumpster provided
8. No Fireworks Allowed--NO RV's Allowed
9. Lock ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS AND CLOSE ALL GARAGE DOORS upon departure.
10. If Fireplace is used, make sure extinguished upon any departure from home. Make sure damper is open.
We provide all firewood.
Place Ashes Only in Silver Metal Waste Can-Labeled Ashes Only
11. Phone is for local use only----Cell phones work well in home. Wireless Broadband Internet in home.
12. No Ordering Movies off of Cable/Satellite--VHS/DVD Library provided
13. Please refer to this line under our cancellation policy tab for our homes. You can buy travel insurance at www.TravelGuard.com
14. Guest & Guest Invitees shall defend, indemnify & Hold Harmless
D & L Rental Properties, LLC for any loss or injury received on or in the leased premises. No Trespassing onto Docks/Slips/ Or Resorts-These are private property and subject to fines or imprisonment.
The owner reserves the right to cancel any guest reservation due to that may render the home unsafe to occupy including, but not limited to: fire damage, water damage, storm damage & other known “Acts of God” or change of ownership. In all these cases the guest will receive all monies paid refunded.
15. Maximum Guest Allowance set for each home.
Rusty Moose with Suite-34 max. Without suite-30 max
Deer Pass--27 max.
Willow Oak--16 max.
Red Cedar--12 max.
