Rates~~2012/13 Season
Jan 2nd to Feb 29th--$2500 a week or $400 a night-3 night minimum
March 1st to May 24th--$3200 a week or $500 a night w/ 3 night minimum
Peak Season-Weekly Only-June 2nd--August 18th--$7600 Weekly Only
Peek Season--All inclusive rate includes all taxes, cleaning fees, and 8th Master Suite
Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekends--$850 nt with 4 nt minimum
August 19th to January 1st--$4800 weekly or $750 a night w/ 3 night minimum
*5 night minimum stay on Thanksgiving/Christmas weeks* ($850 a night on Holiday stays)
**The 8th Private Master Suite--Honeymoon Suite over the garage can be added to your rate**
This suite is available for an additional $300 a week or $50 a night during off season/spring/fall--3 night minimum. This suite will not be rented to anyone outside of your group.
