Jan 2nd to Feb 28th = $1000 a week or $150 Night/2 nt. minimum
March 1st to May 27th = $1400 a week or $250 Night/3 nt. minimum (exception-Memorial Day Weekend-Fri/Sat/Sun--$900)
May 27th to Sept 7th = $2400 weekly only (Weekly Peak Season Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees)
Sept 8th to Jan. 2nd = $1400 week or $250 Night/3 nt. minimum (5 night for Thanksgiving & Christmas)
50% Down plus Cleaning Fee to Reserve $125 Cleaning fee applies, except to peak season weekly rentals are all inclusive) (Balance due 30 days prior to arrival)
